Innovation and Research Management

Innovation and Research Management play an important role in the modernisation of the Higher Education sector, leading to growth and sustainable development of societies. In this context, OGPI focuses on strengthening the capacity of Higher Education Institutions to sustainably and effectively manage research and innovation activities. Developing strategies and methodologies for innovation management and networking with different stakeholders (researchers, policy makers, private sector, funding bodies, etc.) is a service provided to HEIs, Research Institutes and other key players in the regional innovation systems. OGPI supports HEIs to reinforce existing and establish new university structures and services in the areas of knowledge transfer, research and innovation.
