There is a very clear trend of declining public funding of ordinary character for higher education, which is accompanied by a significant increase in funding through competitive environments (calls) for universities. Fundraising is not a spontaneous and individual activity; it requires the articulation of a defined and integrated actors, regulatory, organizational and functional elements system.
OGPI has extensive experience in applying developing strategic fundraising plans at institutional level. These plans include trainings, coaching and assessment of the financial management in order to improve the performance of higher education institutions with regards the capturing and management of funds.
