He has LB in Spanish Law; Political Sciences and LLM in Intellectual Property and Information Society Law (Magister Lvcentinvs). César is also member of the Spanish Bar Association (ICAM). He worked in SFP Legal, where he advised national and international clients on matters relating to Intellectual Property, Unfair Competition and New Technologies. More specifically, he specializes in contracts and litigation on patents, trademarks, industrial designs, copyright, unfair competition, information technology and domain names. He is currently a leading IP expert of the Inernational Project Management Office (OGPI) at Alicante University (Spain) in Intellectual Property first-line assistance to European SMEs that are intending to operate or already operating in the Mercosur region (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela) and Chile as well as in generation and monitoring of contents, such as Fact Sheets, Webinars, Trainings, News & Events.
