Robert Pocklington Vicente

IP Expert

Robert Pocklington Vicente is an Intellectual Property Consultant and Advisor at the Latin America IPR SME Helpdesk. At his current job, he is responsable of match-making, dissemination and training events, IP content support, among other areas. He has a Degree in Law at the Universidad Católica San Antonio (UCAM) in Murcia and a Master in Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property at the University of Alicante, both in Spain. He has also completed the CopyrightX Online Course with Harvard University.

His professional experience started at the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich, thanks to the 1-year Pan-European Seal Programme. After that, he worked for the European Patent Institute (epi) in Munich for 16 months as coordinator of different epi Committees.Mr Pocklington has also national experience in Law, thanks to several internships carried out at Garrigues Law Firm and Francisca Botella's Office, both in Murcia, Spain.
