Luis Gomez de Membrillera Desantes

Project Manager

Luis has developed his professional career in the management of international projects in the areas of higher education and international cooperation. In 2017 he joined the OGPI team, where he has participated in the design and implementation of projects in more than 20 countries in Latin America, Africa, Asia and Europe. Previously, he worked for the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva.

Regarding his academic background, Luis was awarded with Degrees in Political Science & Law by University of Valencia (Spain) as well as Masters in Human Rights and Development Cooperation at the Institute of Development Studies (UK).
