Strategic Planning and Management of HEIs

Different factors are changing the strategic management landscape in higher education at global level. Market forces are producing substantial impacts on higher education institutions that are fundamentally changing the ways they conduct and manage their affairs. As institutional autonomy grows, so do institutional responsibilities and accountability. New indicators and outcomes then determine the future level of autonomy for an institution. OGPI has developed different projects in Strategic Planning and has used this tool for assisting partner higher education institutions in this changing and challenging environment.
