Internationalisation has become today a strategic goal for universities and regional organisations. In order to support this development, OGPI is helping universities worldwide to build up efficient structures for international relations and research. In particular we focus on designing International & Research Strategy at institutional and process level based on effective transfer of best practices, strengthening of the know-how and management capacities of the staff. OGPI work is focused on building up an international culture through specific actions and applying to international funds that will boost HEIs internationally and, improve their visibility. We support HEIs to set up long-lasting and solid international networks, increase their knowledge and leadership while improving their prestige.
