The wider objective is the foundation of research and application centers in PC universities, enabling teachers to provide their research results enterprises, improvement of organisation of scientific-research activities, creation of accesible information database of innovations and research results at universities of PC countries, transfer of innovation projects and new technologies into enterprises and education, delivering a database for the improvement of the link between universities and industrial partners, development of partnerships with enterprises.
