The key objective of the course is to bring together a group of about 23 newly elected deans, directors and heads of department from universities in Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Panama in order to enable the participants to tackle the challenges of holding a deans’ position.
