EPIC focuses on renewable energy development in the Pacific region by establishing master degrees and research centres in Fiji and Papua New Guinea. To exploit the large pool of nature resources for renewable energy in the Pacific, sufficient human capacity and co-operation mechanism are salient for its development. Therefore, EPIC adopts the endongenous approach and will i) develop and implement master programmes in Renewable Energy Management as well as ii) establish Centres of Renewable Energy (CORE) in the two participated universities.
