The project focuses on facilitating the use of Information and Communication Technologies enabling individuals from the society and employees of the higher education institutions to improve their professional teaching skills and enhance their experience in successfully delivering ICT course programs. ENOTES supports project targets in designing and publishing appropriate teaching materials, advance quality of the services they provide, encourage research and retrain teaching and administrative staff.
