CIBELES

The wider objetive is the profesionalisation of HE and specifically environmental studies within three areas in Central Asia and the Caucasus through the implementation of the Bologna Process at all three levels, BA-MA and PhD; to improve the cooperation between EU and partners from third countries in the field of environmental studies; and to prepare future managers and scientists in third countries to protect in a more effectgive way their environment.
