University Quality Exchange

The project aims at installing regional centres of quality exchange (UNIQUE centres) as subdivisions of existing quality assurance or international offices and included permanently in the target universities structure. Working closely with local and international student organizations, the UNIQUE offices will be able sustainable by providing counselling and consulting services to other universities and institutions, thus being local centres of exchange and regional hubs, spreading the project ideas and products through the region.
UNIQUE will analyse the current situation, plan, design and produce common tools and products, introduce UNIQUE centres in 4 target countries throughout the world, train the staff and support the centres in the start up phase. UNIQUE will also protocol the process and provide a guidebook of how to set up a UNIQUE centre in other universities.
