The project aims at stimulating structural reforms in Higher Education of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and, the wider region in its adaptation to the conditions of a new market economy by:
• Providing sustainable support to various partnerships between universities and their business environment.
• Facilitating creation of favourable legal conditions for entrepreneurial activities and technology transfer in local universities.
• Disseminating best practices and promoting success stories of fruitful cooperation between universities and businesses.
