Training for International Activities Management

01/01/2004 to 12/31/2004

Specific objectives of the project were the following:

• Develop a module-based training course with a double focus on the following issues: internationalisation of university activities in Russia in line with the Bologna Process in university-enterprise cooperation, technology transfer and innovation management.
• Deliver the targeted training measures in a form of two seminars to be held in two regions of Russia.

The structure of the target group for both seminars was also two-fold: staff of International Relations Offices dealing with international affairs and student mobility on one hand and, staff of research and technology transfer departments, on the other. Russian partners were responsible for on-site organisation, logistics and smooth implementation of the training seminars. The choice of seminar locations (St. Petersburg and Tver) ensured the access and a wide geographic representation of the target participants.
