SAFIRO

The SAFIRO project aim was to:
Analyse successful case studies of European University IROs;
Study the environment and self-financing possibilities of the Latin American IRO partners;
• Develop a strategy for using the know-how, managerial skills and experience of the European partners in order to disseminate new practices and approaches among Latin American partners.
• Propose management improvement measures and initiate strategic management processes by designing strategic development plans at IRO level.
• Disseminate the results achieved within the framework of the project.
