FREE Network project Study Visit in Genova

Tomorrow, Tuesday 12th September, is starting the Study Visit to Università degli studi di Genova (UNIGE), that will take place at the Rectorate Building, in Genova, Italy, in the framework of the FREE Network project, Fostering REsearch-based Entrepreneurship and the development of spin-off companies in Central America.

The objective of the Study Visit is to conduct a brainstorming and discussing exercise in working groups on the methodologies and procedures for establishing Innovation Support Offices (ISOs) in the Central America partner (CA) Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The result of this activity will be an agreed roadmap for the creation of the ISOs in CA partner HEIs. The Study Visit will last for three days and will be followed by a Coordination Meeting on Thursday 14th September, in which the up-to-date workplan of the project will be presented.

The FREE Network project is aiming at improving business opportunities for research-based entrepreneurs, promoting spin-off services in Higher Education Institutions and strengthening the innovation ecosystem in Central America.
